27th May
Richard has been asked to appear as special guest on all the forthcoming Coldplay shows prior to their appearance at Glastonbury. This also means, by some twist of fate, that he's now back on for supporting Pulp on a few of their forest shows, as well as playing as a member of Pulp too. Richard will be be a guest on Nicky Campbell's Radio 5 programme from 11:00am this Thursday (24.04.2002) along with the one and only Gerry Anderson (of Thunderbirds, Captain Scarlet etc if you really need to ask).

He will also be performing Bad Cover Version as part of Pulp, live on Top Of The Pops on Friday night (26.04.2002).

15th April
Richard will be playing a special one-off acoustic show in London on Wednesday April 24th 2002. The gig will take place at The Minx Club which is a teeny venue in Stoke Newington so you need to get you skates on to make sure of getting a ticket (bookings@theminxclub.fsnet.co.uk). Support comes from Manchester's Jane Weaver (who is also supporting on the gig at Manchester Uni on 27/4/02), and you may get to hear 1 or 2 brand new tunes as he's just started doing some demos for the next album. Doors open at 7pm & the night ends at mid-night.

We've been getting quite a lot of enquiries as to whether tickets from the original Manchester Uni headline show that was postponed are still valid for the re-scheduled date on 27/4/02. The answer is yes (but anyone else who hasn't got one yet had better get a move on because there's not many left now). Order tickets online by going to the Live Dates section.
