This service is provided for Mute by New Visions.

Please ask the bill payer's permission before placing your order. 16 plus only. Please check that your handset is compatible to receive ringtones before placing your order. For polyphonic and realtone downloads your handset needs to be wap activated. Prepay users must ensure enough credit is available or you will not receive your order.

Data protection

By downloading mobile content from this service you agree to receive, at no cost, adhoc promotional messages and offers from Mute. When you order your tone, you will use a "KEYWORD" specific to the artist or the release (e.g. GOLD, MODE, etc.) If you do not want to receive these adhoc promotional messages please either E-mail support@new-visions.co.uk, quoting your mobile telephone number with the words OPTOUT KEYWORD in the subject field (i.e. you will insert the relevant keyword, NOT the word "keyword") OR Text KEYWORD STOP to 84477 (text message charged at your normal network rate).

Costs

Ringtones AND wallpaper cost £2.00. This is billed to your phone via 2 reverse charged text messages (£1.00 each). Realtones cost £3.00. This is billed to your phone via 3 reverse charged text messages (2 x £1.50). Sent text/GPRS download charged at your normal operator rate.

Delivery times

Most items will be delivered within minutes of ordering, although items can experience delays of up to 24 hours. This is usually caused by delays in the network.

Cancellation of Order and Refunds

Your order can be cancelled if the product has not been delivered within 24 hours. Refunds will be in the form of a cheque. If the product/wap push/text url has been delivered and has been received by the handset, then no cancellation of payment can take place.
